It has been really hard to find a provider that is available on the weekends. Usually people work M-F, and seeing someone on the weekend is awesome. Thank you Frances for being available when I needed a Saturday appointment. Way to break the mold and make mental health a priority for people who work during the week.

Frances made me feel so comfortable and at ease. It’s difficult to find someone who is knowledgeable, professional, down-to-earth AND open on the weekends. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Dr. Frances’s meticulous approach to treat and manage my conditions are thoughtful and remediating. She screened through my diagnoses/medications from a previous provider and cultivated a safe space to educate me on which medications could be weaned off as it may not serve beneficially long-term. Dr. Frances is transparent about her approach of medication management and her intentions to ensure that not only am I treated but continually improving along the way has made it easy to recommend her as a provider to anyone who is seeking mental health care. I was a little nervous for my evaluation appointment, but who Dr. Frances Spink is, and the way she communicates put my nerves at ease right away. I felt seen and heard throughout the entire appointment which I can't put into words what that means to me. I had a couple of questions prior to my appointment and Dr. Frances promptly and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

Dr. Spink is so dedicated to getting to the heart of the matter and making sure all "really will be ok". Unlike other providers, she doesn't sit there are hear the issues, she really LISTENS and truly helps out her patients. For caring and compassion, noone else tops her!
